FIFA WORLD CUP 2026™ SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED, OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
These Official Rules (the “Rules”) govern the FIFA World Cup 2026™ Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”), sponsored and administered by Coca-Cola North America and Coca-Cola Puerto Rico Bottlers (collectively, the “Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is conducted in Puerto Rico and, where legally permissible and in compliance with applicable promotional and gaming regulations, in the United States Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, and Sint Maarten.
Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant’s full, unconditional, and irrevocable agreement to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins on January 19, 2026 and ends on March 31, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside the Sweepstakes Period are void.
The Sponsor’s computer and timekeeping systems shall be the official timekeeping devices for the Sweepstakes.
2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Participation in the Sweepstakes confers participant status solely and exclusively to the extent that the conditions set forth in these Official Rules have been satisfied. Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Official Rules. The Promoter reserves the right to determine the validity of submitted entries and to reject any entry that does not comply with the requirements of this Sweepstakes or that has been submitted through any unauthorized, improper, or fraudulent method.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to natural persons who, at the time of entry, are at least eighteen (18) years of age and are legal residents of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, or Sint Maarten.
Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, consultants, contractors, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, and any entities involved in the development, administration, or execution of the Sweepstakes, together with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and persons residing in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to participate.
Participation from jurisdictions where registration, bonding, permit, or governmental approval is required and has not been obtained shall be void. The Sweepstakes is structured as a promotional sweepstakes offering a free alternative method of entry to avoid classification as an unlawful lottery under applicable laws of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, and Sint Maarten.
The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of age, identity, and lawful residency at any time.
4. HOW TO ENTER
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter the Sweepstakes by purchasing any participating Coca-Cola brand product and registering the corresponding purchase receipt at www.ganaconcoca-cola.com/Fifa2026 or by scanning the Quick Response (QR) code available on authorized promotional materials and completing the official online entry form in its entirety. Each valid purchase receipt may be used to submit one (1) entry. Duplicate submissions of the same receipt are void.
In order to ensure compliance with applicable promotional and gaming laws in each participating jurisdiction, eligible individuals may alternatively enter the Sweepstakes without making a purchase by submitting a free method of entry as set forth herein. Participants residing in Puerto Rico may submit a handwritten entry including full name, physical residential address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, email address, and date of birth, delivered in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time to Oleo Marketing Inc., Carr. 8834 Km. 1.8 Bo. Ríos Sector La Muda #67, Guaynabo, Puerto Rico 00971, or mailed to the same address, clearly labeled “FIFA 2026 Sweepstakes Entry.”
Participants residing in the United States Virgin Islands may submit a handwritten entry containing the required personal information to either CC1 Virgin Islands St. Thomas, 7020 Estate Bovoni, St. Thomas, VI 00802, or CC1 Virgin Islands St. Croix, #10 Christiansted, St. Croix, VI 00820, during normal business hours, or by mail to the applicable address, clearly marked “FIFA 2026 Sweepstakes Entry.”
Participants residing in the British Virgin Islands may submit a handwritten entry with the required information to Roadtown Wholesale Trading Ltd, Pasea Estate, Tortola, British Virgin Islands VG1110, during regular business hours, or by mail to the same address clearly marked “FIFA 2026 Sweepstakes Entry.”
Participants residing in the Cayman Islands may submit a handwritten entry including the required personal information to Cayman Distributors Group, 226 Eastern Avenue, George Town, Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands KY1, during normal business hours, or by mail to the same address clearly marked “FIFA 2026 Sweepstakes Entry.”
Participants residing in Sint Maarten may submit a handwritten entry containing the required personal information to CC1 St. Maarten, Oryx Drive #1, Cay Hill, Great Bay, Sint Maarten, during normal business hours, or by mail to the same address clearly marked “FIFA 2026 Sweepstakes Entry.”
All handwritten entries must be legible and complete to be eligible. Limit one (1) entry per person per day regardless of method of entry. Entries generated by automated means, script, macro, robotic or other mechanical processes are void. Proof of mailing or submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or damaged entries. Participants agree that submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.
5. CHANGES OR DELAYS
The Promoter reserves the right to modify the start and end dates and times of the Sweepstakes, in accordance with applicable regulations, in the event of force majeure and/or unforeseen circumstances that render it impossible to conduct or continue the Sweepstakes.
The Promoter further reserves the right to suspend the Sweepstakes either temporarily or permanently, and to introduce any necessary modifications, provided that such circumstances are communicated to Participants through the same media channels used for the original launch of the Sweepstakes, and subject to applicable regulations, in the event that any situation arises which affects, compromises, or undermines the proper conduct, fairness, or integrity of the Sweepstakes.
6. PRIZE DESCRIPTION
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The prize consists of a four (4) day, three (3) night trip for the confirmed winner and one (1) guest to attend Match #M50 of the FIFA World Cup 26™ group stage in Atlanta, Georgia. The prize includes roundtrip economy-class airfare from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence to the designated destination, hotel accommodations for three (3) nights based on double occupancy, ground transportation between the airport and hotel, transportation to the match venue if not within walking distance, meal gift cards valued at $100 per person per night for three nights, and co-branded FIFA/Coca-Cola merchandise valued at $100.
The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the prize is $9,000 USD. Actual value may vary depending on point of departure and travel dates. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value shall not be awarded.
The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
The winner and guest are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel documentation, health clearances, travel insurance, and for complying with all immigration, customs, and governmental requirements. All federal, territorial, and local taxes and any other expenses not expressly included in the prize description are the sole responsibility of the winner.
7. WINNER SELECTION
On April 14, 2026, one (1) potential winner and alternate winners per territory will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. The drawing will be conducted under the supervision of a licensed Notary Public at the offices of Oleo Marketing Inc. in Puerto Rico.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
8. WINNER NOTIFICATION
The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner using the contact information provided at the time of entry (the “Official Notification”). Notification may be made by email, telephone, or other contact method supplied in the entry.
If the potential winner fails to respond within seven (7) calendar days from the first attempted notification; fails to comply with these Rules; fails to execute required affidavits, releases, or documentation; provides false, incomplete, or misleading information; is determined to be ineligible; or otherwise fails to timely claim the prize, the prize shall be deemed forfeited without further obligation of the Sponsor.
In such event, an alternate winner may be notified on April 21, 2026 at approximately 9:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time and must respond no later than 4:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time on the same date. Failure to timely respond shall result in final forfeiture.
The Sponsor shall not be responsible for undelivered, misdirected, filtered, blocked, delayed, or unsuccessful notifications due to technical, electronic, human, or third-party errors.
9. PRIZE CLAIM AND VERIFICATION
As a condition of receiving the prize, the confirmed winner must provide (1) official letter sent via email, original proof of purchase or copy, (2) valid government-issued photo identification; satisfactory proof of age and legal residency in an eligible jurisdiction; and (3) must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release, except where prohibited by law.
The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all information submitted and to disqualify any individual who submits false or fraudulent information. Failure to comply with verification requirements within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor shall result in forfeiture.
The Sponsor’s responsibility shall be limited exclusively to the delivery of the prize described herein.
10. WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Promoter makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the quality, condition, or merchantability of the Prize. The receipt of the Prize by the winner shall constitute a full accord and satisfaction of the Promoter’s obligations. Upon delivery, the Promoter is hereby indemnified and held harmless against any further claims, and shall have no further liability whatsoever in connection herewith.
11. PUBLICITY RIGHTS
Each Participant, by virtue of entry and acceptance of the prize, hereby grants to the Promoter and its designees a royalty-free right and license to utilize the Participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information for promotional purposes in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, including but not limited to digital, social, and broadcast media, without territorial or time limitations. This grant includes the right to require reasonable personal appearances by the winners without additional notice or compensation. The Participant hereby waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product and further waives any claim to royalties, indemnification, or other remuneration arising out of the use of such materials.
12. RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.
The Sponsor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the prize, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Under no circumstances shall the Sponsor be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
13. DATA PROTECTION
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws of Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, and Sint Maarten. By participating, entrants consent to the collection, storage, use, and cross-border transfer of personal information to the United States for administrative and promotional purposes. Participants may request access, correction, or deletion of their personal data by contacting admin@oleopr.com.
14. ASSIGNMENT
The Prize awarded pursuant to these Official Rules shall not be assigned or transferred to any third party, whether in whole or in part. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Promoter may assign these Official Rules or any obligations arising therefrom in the event of a change of control, reorganization, merger, demerger, sale or transfer of its shares, in whole or in part, or the sale or transfer of assets related to the portion of its business corresponding to the subject matter of these Official Rules. By participating, Participants hereby expressly consent to such assignment.
Additionally, the Promoter shall have the right to assign its respective rights or obligations and to delegate their performance hereunder, in whole or in part, to any of its affiliated or related entities. In either case, such assignment shall become effective upon its publication on the website or upon notification by any means or method, including email. Once such assignment has been published or notified, the Promoter shall thereafter be released from any further obligations arising under these Official Rules. Any change or modification to these Official Rules made in connection with such assignment shall be carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
15. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Only the number of prizes expressly stated in these Official Rules shall be awarded. All prizes are subject to verification, are non-transferable, and may not be substituted, exchanged, or redeemed for other prizes or cash, except at the sole discretion of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is unavailable at the time of delivery for any reason.
Upon receipt of the prize, the winner shall be solely responsible for any and all applicable local, state, federal, or other taxes, duties, or governmental contributions arising from the receipt of the prize. The Promoter’s obligation under this Sweepstakes with respect to prize winners shall be deemed fulfilled upon delivery of the Prize at the designated location.
Winners shall allow for any reasonable delay in the prize delivery process as permitted by law, which shall not exceed seven (7) business days from the time the winner has been verified. All entries and entry materials shall become the property of the Promoter and will neither be acknowledged nor returned.
16. MISCELLANEOUS
All entries submitted in this Sweepstakes become the property of the Promoter and will not be acknowledged. The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to:
a) Disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules or that has been submitted through any unauthorized or fraudulent means;
b) Suspend or disqualify any participant who, in the Promoter’s discretion, attempts to violate these Official Rules, interfere with the entry process, the prize claim process, and/or provides false information or otherwise attempts to defraud the Promoter; and
c) Seek from such individual(s) the return of any prize or its cash equivalent and pursue any and all available legal remedies, including but not limited to claims for damages, recovery of losses, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees, and/or the filing of a criminal complaint to the fullest extent permitted by law.
17. ADMINISTRATOR

18. EXPENSES
Participation in this Sweepstakes is free of charge. However, Participants may incur expenses of any nature in order to redeem or make use of the Prize, and all such expenses shall be the sole responsibility of the Participant. The Promoter’s obligation is strictly limited to awarding the Prize in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
19. INQUIRIES
These Official Rules may be consulted at www.ganaconcoca-cola.com/Fifa2026. In the event of any inconsistency between the full version of these Official Rules and any abbreviated version, the version most favorable to Participants shall prevail, subject to applicable law.
20. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Prize shall be subject to any limitations regarding capacity, delivery, availability, and/or any other restriction of any nature imposed or experienced by the Promoter, and no right to compensation shall arise in favor of any Participant as a result thereof.
The Promoter shall not be responsible for space limitations, failures of computer equipment, communication systems, power supply interruptions, telephone lines, Internet networks, technical malfunctions, human error, or deliberate acts of third parties that may disrupt, suspend, or interfere with the normal operation of the Sweepstakes and/or prize fulfillment.
The Promoter shall not be liable under any circumstances for damages or losses that participation in the Sweepstakes may cause to Participants, their property, or to third parties or their property, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to losses or damages due to flood, fire, theft, burglary, pests, pandemics, or any other cause, the foregoing being merely illustrative and not
21. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any relationship arising by virtue of this Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Puerto Rico and the applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to Participants residing in the United States Virgin Islands, the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands (including Grand Cayman), or Sint Maarten, this Sweepstakes shall additionally be subject to and interpreted in compliance with the mandatory consumer protection, promotional, gaming, and advertising laws and regulations of the Participant’s jurisdiction of residence. To the extent any provision of these Official Rules conflicts with non-waivable provisions of applicable local law, such local law shall prevail solely to the extent required, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
22. REPRESENTATIONS AND INDEMNIFICATIONS
By participating in this Sweepstakes, YOU:
a) Agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions relating to this Sweepstakes, which shall be final and binding in all respects;
b) Represent that you are eligible under these Official Rules and agree to provide proof of eligibility upon request by the Promoter, and to return any prize or its cash equivalent if you have provided false or incomplete information rendering the prize award contrary to these Official Rules or applicable law;
c) Certify and agree that all personal information provided to the Promoter in connection with this Sweepstakes is accurate and subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which you have read and accepted. d) Agree that the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any other persons or entities involved in any stage of this Sweepstakes, and each of their respective employees, independent contractors, officers, directors, and shareholders (collectively, the “Released Parties”), are not and shall not be liable, and you agree not to initiate any claim or action against them, and to forever release and indemnify the Released Parties from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, complaints, and demands, including claims based on negligence, for any injury, bodily harm, damages, suffering, or losses (including death or disability), to persons or property, expenses, costs, and attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising out of or alleged to arise out of your participation in the Sweepstakes, submission of entry materials, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, announcement of the winner, participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity, or any alleged infringement of intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or moral rights;
e) Acknowledge that the Released Parties make no warranties, express or implied, in fact or in law, regarding the quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of any prize, and that prizes are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and warranties, if any;
f) Agree that the Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, illegible, altered, misdirected, or corrupted entries or communications, or for technical failures of any kind;
g) Agree that the Promoter’s responsibility ends upon delivery of the prize, and that the Released Parties are not responsible for any obligation of the winner, including obtaining proper identification, required documentation, third-party rights, or payment of taxes;
h) Acknowledge that a potential winner may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and Publicity Release as a condition of receiving the prize, authorizing use of the winner’s name, city, likeness, statements, and related materials worldwide, in perpetuity, without further compensation;
i) Agree to comply with all applicable laws and standards of conduct during any personal appearance related to the Sweepstakes and to refrain from conduct that could harm the reputation of the Promoter or the Released Parties;
j) Agree that all claims shall be resolved individually without resort to class action, and that any remedy shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses incurred for participation;
k) Acknowledge that entries from persons residing or physically located outside the eligible territory are void, and that the Released Parties are not responsible for technical, transmission, network, printing, production, or human errors of any kind;
l) Acknowledge that the Released Parties are not responsible for a winner’s inability to accept or use a prize for any reason; and
m) Acknowledge that any and all submitted entry materials may be deleted or destroyed at the Promoter’s sole discretion when no longer necessary, and that the Promoter has no obligation to return any original materials.
